An ALU circuit design is required. It will be $4$Bit and will perform $4$ operations. These processes are respectively; A$+$B$,$ A$-$B$-$ B$-$A$.$ A$\text{'}$

Note: Select pins must be two bits. Let $00$ operate A$+$B$,01$ operate A$-$B$,10$ operate B$-$A$,$ and $11$ operate A$\text{'}.$
