A top$-$down ALU circuit design is required. It will be $4$Bit and will perform $4$ operations. These processes are respectively; A$+$B$,$ A$-$B$-$ B$-$A$.$ A$\text{'}$

Note: The order of the operations does not matter. Select pins must be two bits. Let $00$ do one action, $01$ do a different action, $10$ do a different action, and $11$ do a different action.
