DESCRIPTION The purpose of this assignment is to create a balanced scorecard in the context of operations management. In the process, you will analyze the strategic plan 2020-2023 of Public Health Ontario and use critical thinking skills to create a new balanced score card in an operations management situation. The first step to build a balanced score card is to identify your strategic objectives for each perspective: Learning and growth, internal business process, customer, and financial. Most often, each perspective will have two to three goals to focus on. Lastly, you will measure success for each strategic goal.
