As a Project Manager, you will have to deal with risks at all stages of a project and being skillful at identifying and addressing risks are essential skill sets that will help bring success to your project. Materials: Risk Register Template Excel File This is a Group Assignment that is worth 20% of the courses mark. Group size can be 1 to 6 members. The project can be completed individually if you choose. Only one member of the group should submit in the dropbox. Please ensure that all group members names and student numbers are on the file that you submit. PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT: CASE STUDY Roy and his team identified some risks during the first month of the My R & R Intranet Project. However, all they did was document the risks in a list. They never ranked the risks or developed any response strategies. Because the project has had several problems, such as key team members leaving the company, users being uncooperative, and team members not providing good status information, Roy has decided to be more proactive in managing risks. He also wants to address positive risks as well as negative risks.
