Type of Organization

In the original design of this structure, there were three parts: $(1)$ create demand, $(2)$ produce product, and $(3)$ provide support. Coaches and a small leadership council helped to integrate the three parts of the organization.

Trust can be challenging in these structures, but it is important for connecting different parts of the company.
