Design a 16 bits x 16 bits multiplier that employs a Radix-4 modified

Booth recoding scheme. I need the following requirements:

1. A Wallace tree-based multiplier is used.

2. A module that, given a 16bit multiplier, generates eight (8) partial products to be passed to the above Wallace tree multiplier.
