Design a Java application to guide the user during the test

The application should be able to input up to ten tasks.

The application will remain in the top-right corner of the screen as a button. However, when the user hovers the mouse, it will change into a window with current task information

As soon as the mouse is moved from the window, it will again go back to the corner as a button
