Design a mini QI project. This can be anything that you want to evaluate in your personal or professional life - From improving your exercise routine to improving a process at work the choice is yours. I suggest you select something fairly simple. If you select a complex issue, this mini QI project can turn into a BIG QI project.

Select the project and outline the issues/concerns in detail. There should be enough information so that anyone picking up this project will understand it. Outline what data you would collect-what tools used and how you would collect it, what tools/how you would analyze the data, and what tools/how you would present the data; For each of these items you must explain the rationale of using that tool and indicate why other tools would be inappropriate; You should also include what stakeholders you will include in the process and explain why.

This is a very important project because feedback you receive on it will help you with your final project. Use this assignment wisely!
