Design a Multi-Function Arbitrary Waveform Generator. Problem Description: You are tasked with design of function generator which can generate user defined waveform with following: 1. Waveform Generation: 1) Sine, square, triangle, sawtooth, and user-defined arbitrary waveforms. 2) Frequency range: 1 Hz to 10 MHZ 3) Amplitude range: 10 Vpp to 10 VRP. 4) Duty cycle control for square waves. 2. Precision and Accuracy: 1. Frequency accuracy: 0.1%. 2. Amplitude accuracy: 1%. 3. Waveform distortion less than 1%. 4. User Interface: 1. LCD or touch screen interface for easy waveform selection and parameter adjustment. 2. Intuitive controls for frequency, amplitude, waveform type, and other settings. Deliverables & Instructions: The students should submit complete simulations, hardware prototype along with comprehensive design report that includes: 1) Details of the working functionality of individual Circuit Components and their interconnections at each level of the design. 2) Complete Block Diagram of the design showing interconnections among all components proposed in your design. 3) Specifications for each component, such as source selection, design resolution, energy model capacity and explanation of the working principle of the complete design in implementing the bigger application.
