Design a program that will prompt the user for a quiz grade. The program will keep a running total of the quiz grades and how many quiz grades were entered. The program should ask the user if there is another quiz grade to enter. If yes, then the program will ask the user for the new grade. This will continue until the user indicates there are no more grade. When the user is done entering grades the program will calculate and display the average of the quiz grades.
