Design a test offering web page (a test app) with multiple choice questions on the concept of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Technically, this is an HTML/CSS/Bootstrap form problem. The exam requirements include the following.

. test title

.At least, 10 questions on HTML, CSS, Bootstrap

.The questions must include multiple choice and true/false

. if a multiple choice requires only one answer, radio buttons should be used for the multiple choices.

. if a multiple choice requires answers, checkboxes should be used for the multiple choices.

. when a test taker submits the test, javaScript could be used to grade it.

. After the test is graded, the result should be displayed.

DESIGN

When you design your website, take into consideration the following points.

. The page is responsive to desktop as well as mobile devices. Ideally, to design an effective web page, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least, one client-side framework is required.

. You should use an original look & feel on the page layout, color theme, and font selection that are appropriate to the contents.

Generally, global hyperlinks are places on the header and footer of a page. The header should feature those links that capture the structure of the website. The Bootstrap framework does provide excellent header style that you can use.

REQUIREMENTS

. your page should be designed using the Bootstrap framework

. The page look & feel, and color scheme should reflect the content.

. Use JavaScript where it is appropriate.

. The IDE tool required in this course is Visual Studio code

. Please document your work as much as possible.
