Next December, a couple would like to have their wedding for 100 guests in Lake Placid. They would like their wedding, dinner and reception at the same venue. For the rehearsal dinner and gift opening brunch, they expect to have 40 people. The couple would like to hold those events at two different locations in the Lake Placid area.

EVENT 2

A medical association in the local region will be holding its annual convention at your hotel in seven months. It will be a three-day event which will include over twenty seminars, a small trade show, three guest speakers, a welcome reception for 125 people and an awards banquet for 300 people on final night.
