Project Technical Requirements
- Switches capable of providing access to 40 workstations (students), 3 workstations (instructors), 5 workstations (administration), 2 workstations (IT staff), 2 printers (1 for Students/Faculty, and 1 for other staff) and 2 servers (Blackboard Server, Administration Server)
- One router to provide default-gateway services to the different subnets and access to the internet.
- Allocate Class C IPv4 private addresses to devices in each of the subnets.
- To secure access to router and switches
- Secure the user EXEC mode with password class
- Secure remote Telnet and SSH access with password cisco
- Secure privileged EXEC mode with password cisco
- Secure all passwords in the config file
- Provide legal notification - Authorized access only
