The Contractor need to import any personnel who are necessary for the execution of the Work. In the event of the death in the Country of any of these personnel or members of their families, the Contractor shall similarly be responsible for making the appropriate arrangements for their return or burial.The Employer shall be responsible for obtaining the required residence visas and work permits for the Contractors personnel. The contractor can make a claim if the Employer do not do so.

Delay damages is 0.01% of the Contract Price in the foreign currency. The bonus is 3000 US dollars a day with a maximum amount shall not beyond five percent of the price for the Work.

Interim payment shall be paid to the Contractor within 21 days after submission of the interim payment statement to Employer by the Contractor.
