Your block accepts a four-bit number H composed of four bits H3...H0. The value H may be unsigned binary (J=0) or in 2's complement (J=1). Your block will create the seven-bit output S with bits named S6...S0 to drive a seven-segment display (NOT the "hex" version) to be blank of the input number is "positive" and illuminate the middle horizontal segment of the display if the input number is "negative". Your block will also create the output T (bits are named T3...T0) to drive a "hex" seven-segment display to display the "magnitude" of the input number S. Your block should create displays that look like "6", "C", "-3", "-7", etc. Create a block for your design. Create a Digital design with switches and displays so that you may demonstrate the correct operation of your block.
