Design the Pizza Ordering form using HTML. The user can order the pizza online through this form. When the user clicks the calculate button the price is calculated and displayed. The calculation is performed by the server side scripting using the formula (totale (cost of pizza type no. of pizzas) extra toppings). For each extra toppings Rs 50 is added. The cost of different pizza type are as follows:
