Despite the positive increase in the number of hirings, the Employee Satisfaction Index of overall employee satisfaction in a social media company is low. Employees satisfaction is important in building loyalty and increasing lifetime value. For that reason, many employers are making efforts to better understand the needs and wants of their customers.

For this case study, a hypothetical dataset will be used. The dataset consists of employee survey that reflects employee relationships with their employers. A neural network will be developed to predict satisfaction of an employee based on age, awards, department, education, job level, recruitment type, and salary. If the employee is dissatisfied, the employer can evaluate when and how to improve employee service through interventions such as communication or compensation.
