Due date: Weighting: Length and Format: Assessment Details: Week 3: Friday December 9 11:59pm 20% 1000 Word Reflective Essay Students must submit a Reflective Essay on what the student sees as potential problems when managers manage without integrity. Essay Question: Explain and discuss the impact which integrity has on management and organisational behaviour using topics discussed in the course. THIS IS A REFLECTIVE ASSIGNMENT STUDENTS WHO SIMPLY REPEAT OR REGURGITATE THE INFORMATION FROM CLASS WILL NOT PASS. You must tell us what you THINK and FEEL! In writing the reflective essay, you should answer the following questions: 1. What impact do you believe managing without integrity would have on your ability to manage human resources? You must link this with one of the topics we have covered in class in Weeks 1-6 E.g. Perceptions, Beliefs and Attitudes etc 2. Do you believe managers must always have integrity? Describe why or why not. Assessment addresses SLOs Marking Criteria 3. How could managing with or without integrity negatively impact on your future career as a manager? Reflective essays, therefore, relate to your own experiences about the topics we have discussed each week. As you can see, it starts off with an awareness of what you are learning.
