Why is Goal 8 in UNSDGs related to being an entrepreneur which builds a company (MNC), increasing employment rate and help increase economic growth as well as giving decent work for all, being a sustainable company, no discrimination among workers? And how can the issues below evaluate an organisation performance within the area of the UNSDG that has been stated? And how utilitarianism ethics address the issues or case below in relation to being an entrepreneur?

• The FRA test (Fairness, Relevance, Acceptance) which allow us to determine whether a job requirement is a case of benign (OK) discrimination or a case of invidious (objectionable) discrimination.
• Human right law.
• Avoiding taxes in developing country when expanding business (host country).
• Special economic zone.
• Human right issues (including child labour, forced labour, modern slavery and human trafficking).
• Environmental issues.
• Utilitarian ethics.
