1. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the way managers in the education sector communicate with their employees and external stakeholders. 

2. How managers can adjust and/or re-adapt the way they communicate with their employees and external stakeholders in view of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this section, include: 

a. applications, 

b. examples & illustrations,

c. as well as value adding and/or implications to the organisation

 

Word limit: 1,000 (+/- 10%). This word count includes Introduction, Main Content and Conclusion. The word count does not include in-text citations, visual presentation(s), appendices (optional) and reference list.

Introduction:
A brief opening statement on the COVID-19 pandemic as a major disruptor to the way managers communicate with their employees and external stakeholders.

Main Content:
Critical discussion on:
1. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the way managers in the education sector communicate with their employees and external stakeholders.2. How managers can adjust and/or re-adapt the way they communicate with their employees and external stakeholders in view of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this section, include:a. applications,b. examples & illustrations,c. as well as value adding and/or implications to the organisation

 

Conclusion:
