Determine whether the following debts are provable or not provable in the liquidation of Xanadu Pty Ltd, which had a winding up order made against it on 8th May 2021 by the Federal Court, based on a creditor's application filed on 1st March 2021.

1. A fine imposed on Xanadu Pty Ltd on the 4th March,2021 by the Southport Magistrates Court in relation to a breach of the Corporations Act .

2.Bob Hope has a claim for negligence against Xanadu Pty Ltd . Bob sustained personal injuries while walking legally in Xanadu Pty Ltd's factory on the 1st May 2021.

3.Jude Law, a member of Xanadu Pty Ltd claims unpaid dividends of $400. Jude has not paid outstanding calls made on his shares in April 2021.

4.Wendy Long is owed an unsecured debt of $1700, including interest accrued to 30th June, 2021.
