Develop a C# project which satisfies the following requirements:

1. Provide a function named "testLoop" with double as the return type and take at least one integer parameter named n.

(Note: this function must be outside of the Main function)

2. The testLoop function shall generate n random numbers and display them, with the range [1000, 5000].

3. The testLoop function shall calculate the sum of all n random numbers, and then calculate the mean (sum divided by n) and return the mean.

4. In the Main function, call the testLoop function with n =10, and output (display) the mean.

5. Provide another function "testRecursive" with double as the return type and take at least one integer parameter named n.

(Note: this function must be outside of the Main function)

6. The testRecursive function shall generate n random numbers, with range [100, 1000], and display them.

7. The testRecursive function shall eventually return the mean.

8. In the Main function, call the testRecursive function with n =10, and output (display) the mean.

Grading Rubric: Your project MUST be compiled in order to get any credit. Total schore is 10.

  • If you successfully and correctly complete requirements 1 through 4, you earn 5 points. No partial credits.
