Develop a plan describing all of the information you believe the program manager might want to see in the meeting. Defend your examples by describing what it is and explaining their importance to the program manager and this project. The list will need to include a progress and status report for the meeting, then explain these two reports, how they are used, and the level of importance for a project sponsor to know. You don't have to give project details (scope); instead, explain the terms, the report, and other examples on your list. Also, include 5-10 questions that the program manager might ask you and how you intend to respond to them.
