Develop a weekly calendar showing your plan to complete your clinic hours at your site. The calendar should extend through the completion of your hours, which may be several consecutive quarters. Be sure to include the time between each quarter, and look for holidays or other days that the site may be closed. Some learners may find it helpful to use a spreadsheet or grid. Other learners may prefer to use an existing calendar. Include the number of hours you plan to be at your site each day or week; ensure the hours are between 12-30 hours per week. Once your calendar is complete, add up your hours to ensure you'll meet your required hours based on your state requirements
