Develop an activity diagram based on the following description.

The employee chooses the training courses he/she would like to take from the list of training courses offered by the company and goes to the companys secretary. The Secretary requests the employee number and enters this information into the system. The system displays the employee record showing his/her information which the secretary checks. Then, the secretary asks the employee to give information about the courses he/she wants. The employee gives the course number and name of each course he/she wishes to take, and the secretary types the information of each course as well as the price of the course into the system, which system adds to the final bill. After entering all the courses, the secretary requests the total amount from the system. The system calculates the total amount to be paid. If the amount is greater than $2000, the employee is given 5% of the total amount, otherwise, no discount is given. Once the final amount is calculated, the system displays the amount. The Secretary requests the bill from the system. The system prints the bill. The secretary sends a copy of the bill to the employee and at the same time, another copy is sent to the finance department. When the secretary receives back a confirmation letter from the employee and the finance department, he requests the system to close the employee record, and the system closes the record.
