Develop an ASP.NET Web Page using the Razor Syntax (C#) in which users can vote for one of the three celebrities.
Everybody who votes should be able to see the total number of votes as well as the vote of each celebrity. There will be a button for the user to click to display the votes result. (Login page is not required)
You must use one text file to record the vote and retrieve the data. Using databases are NOT allowed.
