develop Policies and Procedures that informs staff of the misappropriation of LAHSA services, conflict-of-interest policy to provide guidelines and restrictions for inappropriate employee conduct, that should be implemented and monitored in a regular on-going training for staff regarding the proper and adequate requirements and/or eligibility guidelines to obtain Homelessness services
