Team Development Plan:Develop a detailed plan outlining how you will build and develop your project team based on your chosen project. This should include strategies for forming the team, defining roles and responsibilities, fostering collaboration, and promoting a positive team culture.

Communication Strategy: Outline a communication strategy that ensures effective communication within the team, with stakeholders, and across the project organization. Consider different communication channels, frequency of communication, and methods for resolving communication barriers that is applicable to your specific project.

Conflict Resolution Process: Define a process for addressing conflicts and resolving disagreements within the team. Identify common sources of conflict in your specific project team and propose strategies for managing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.
