Developing customer journey maps is a combination of art and science. In this activity, focus on your own customer journey. You can choose one of the following brands: Apple computer, Starbucks, or Shake Shack. Make sure to choose a brand that you have ever purchased products and services from.

3. Are there any jobs to be done by the brand to improve your customer journey?
