Developing Strategic Plans

Conduct a SWOT analysis of your organization. (i.e. Mindpearl Call center)

A.) Identify at least 3 different strategic areas that need to be strengthened.

B.) Formulate these areas into strategic objectives and strategies needed for the

future.

C.) Detail each strategy with an assigned priority, a timeframe, responsible parties

and measurable performance indicators.

D.) Describe how you will measure success while implementing the strategies.
