Managers are also encouraged to conduct career development conversations with employees at least once a year. We notice that some employees see the

learning and growth opportunities provided as a formality $-$ what is mandatory is done because it is necessary, but they do not see it as an opportunity to grow in their chosen career or personal growth direction. In terms of career development, all open positions are advertised within the company, but we often miss the initiative of employees to apply. According to the survey results, employees rate learning opportunities and career interviews with managers as good, but they do not link their career aspirations to the opportunities provided. How can employees' assurance that their career goals can be achieved within Cognizant be reinforced? How can we create a learning culture within the company so that employees themselves take the lead in choosing their own growth and learning paths?
