Development Plan (350-400 words)

This part should include a plan about improving your soft skills. It should include a course of action and a timeline. Focus on the following points:

a. Identify three soft skills that you need to develop for the future. Produce a plan for the soft skills which need to be developed further. Your plan should include a timeline and how you will address these development needs.

b. Discuss the threats and opportunities that might affect your plan.

c. Discuss the role of other challenges which helped you to develop your soft skills (refer to the

various challenges that you experienced in your personal, academic and professional life in the current semester and in the previous semester).
