Writ an educational handout (pamphlet 3-fold handout) on chronic disease (500-wort minimum) that you would give to a patient or client in your health practice. Ultimately, you should discuss coping and living with the illness psychologically. It should be simple and easy to read (not too much babble and only basic statistics and no treatment methods). Word has a template as well as other tools. Not to be printed, will be submitted

• Provide evidence to support your analysis. It should have two journals sitting for additional information.
• 1-2 online videos to support your illness disease, links to site only, they will not play.
• American psychological association style references page should be included at the end, and all articles must be cited in the body of the paper.
• Journal articles or books must be referenced.
• Analyze this issue or topic using appropriate disciplinary knowledge, concepts, and methods of inquiry from the course.
• Define the Disorder:
• What is the incidence or prevalence?
• What are the signs and Symptoms?
• How do they diagnosis the disease?
• How does it affect functioning?
• A closing paragraph about seeing a health provider and a health psychologist for support with the disease.
