Dictionary state$\_$dict contains multiple state code and state name pairs. Read strings start$\_$from and end$\_$at from input, representing the codes of a trip's starting and ending states. Use state$\_$dict to access the corresponding state name of each string. Then, output the starting state name, followed by $\text{'}$ to $\text{'}$ and the ending state name.
