Data were analyzed using SPSS (Version 25) statistical software. Bivariate correlations assessed the relationship between the Big Five personality traits, stress, and age. There were significant correlations between age and two of the Big Five traits:conscientiousness,r(##) = ##,p=/; andopennessto experience,r(##) = ##,p=/. Age also correlated withstress,r(##) = ##,p=/. None of the other variables correlated with age. Stress was correlated with neuroticism,r(##) = ##,p=/but not with any other the Big Five traits. Thus, being older was associated with beingless/moreconscientious, beingless/moreopen to experience, andless/morestress. Being more stressed was associated withlower/higherlevels of neuroticism, and being more agreeable was associated with beingless/moreconscientious.
