Different communities and expressions of queer culture that have occurred throughout particular moments in U.S. history. Processes of marginalization, oppression, and stigma, and how these have historically been navigated by queer fold and LGBTQ+ communities. Engage in thinking at the community level and consider how marginalizing pressures have similarly and differentially weighed on various groups:

1. Exploring the relationship between LGBTQ+ and other minority or advocacy communities what are two communities as points of comparison, contrast, and shared struggles.

2. How would commonalities and differences be explored between selected aspects of these communities (recognizing that this will necessitate generalizations that will only apply to some, not all, members of any particular community) considering key issues, important histories, significant achievements, methods of resistance, interactions with one another or other communities.
