Digital communication strategy This activity has three parts. You must complete each part.

Part A

Develop a digital communication strategy for a service or program the organisation (Mental Health organisation) provides or will be providing in the near future.

Identify a suitable service or program and/or other staff, as appropriate, and to find out about the organisations past online communication efforts. Consider this information, as well as the organisation's policies and procedures related to internal and external communication (including the use of social media), the program's target audience and the types of digital communication they use in their daily lives - i.e. email, phone, video chat and/or conferencing, instant messaging like SMS and webchats, and social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. then develop a 'fit-for-purpose' strategy for the identified service or program.
