6.4 Manage the consultation and participation processes for at least one WHS consultation and participation issue.

You must develop an action plan that:

• identifies gaps and areas for improving processes
• has positive performance indicators
• has implementation, monitoring and reviewing processes
• follows all legal and organisational requirements

In developing the action plan you must:

• consult with the appropriate people
• provide advice and support to others during implementation

Once the plan has been implemented you must:

• monitor and evaluate its success
• recommend and seek approval for changes if required
• document and communicate changes
