For the final piece of this Portfolio Project, you will reflect on the steps you took to complete this project. You will also summarize how completing this Portfolio Project helped you meet the Outcomes identified above, as well as how you utilized the Workplace Capability of Problem Solving.

This reflection will be delivered in a Word document and should be at least 1 page in length. Ensure you address the following prompts:

-Explain the importance of this Workplace Capability to your current/future career. Describe how you use this Workplace Capability to complete this Portfolio Project.

-Reflect and explain how this project meets the Program and Institutional outcomes as stated on the first page.
