Directions: Using the Wheel of Logical Progression and your business (assuming the business will have facility space) make a member retention plan for new members. The plan will be for each stage of the Wheel of Logical Progression. The plan should include the following information:

1. Define the Purpose and Program Goal: What type of phase will you use for this stage? Provide a description and rationale on what this program would look like and why it is the best option for your particular business. How long will this phase last and why? What is the goal of the program? (The goal should support the purpose of the stage). This section should include a well thought out plan of the program purpose, description and goals.

2. Implementation Plan: What are the staffing needs for this program? (What type of staff will be responsible for this? Fitness Staff? Member Services? Sales? What will the staff be doing? What will the members be doing?) This section should include a well-thought-out plan of the roles of the club staff and the member participating.

3. Measure the Results: How will you measure the success of the program? (Will participation be tracked? Tracking program registration? Revenue goals? Other methods?) This section should relate back to your program goal. Why is this the best option? This section should include a well thought out plan of measuring results best practices.

5. Implement a follow-up Program: What is the plan to get members to the next stage? Introduce the next program related to the following stage of the assignment. How do these programs relate to one another?
