Be specific in what you want to offer, time frames, age groups, work force, location, marketing/promotions, cost analysis, SWOT analysis for competitors and yourself, insurance needed, camp name, logo, prizes and shirts, what comparative advantage you offer, sponsors, etc. BE CREATIVE!!!!!
