Disagree Clueless There are also state that clueless are one of the factors that cause the fresh graduate unemployed in Malaysia, but we disagree this statement. We think that clueless to future are not the reason or excuse for those fresh graduate unemployed. Maybe someone will think that fresh graduate just come out from university, they don't have or limited working experience and future plan about work will cause them unemployed, but in Malaysia, there will always not a huge problem since you can easily to find the new job again if you are really want to seek the jobs and do not expect what that are unrealistic. Next, normally employers will not choose the job candidates that don't plan their future, but most of the fresh graduate are first time walk in society and don't have a future plan and knows what career path is in place. But no future plan doesn't mean that they don't have passionate or interest about that jobs and don't have ability to do well in their career. In some reports have shown that most of the Malaysian don't have plan their future, but our Malaysia's unemployment rate just 3.3% in 2018, this shown that no planning for future will not cause people unemployed
