Discipline 3: Keep a Compelling Scoreboard
Please use the Scoreboard Builder to create a scoreboard which indicates where your team is and where you need to be, then test your scoreboard ideas against the checklist. Make up hypothetical data for your scoreboard to display how it would look if your team is falling behind halfway through the allotted timeframe.

Please use the WIG session agenda tool to complete a mock WIG Session, update your scoreboard by pasting your scoreboard from discipline 3 in the appropriate section below and adding one more week of performance, then check the WIG Session against the criteria in the checklist.
