discuss a potential ethic issue with that company's experiment. What is the issue? What are the potential consequences? How can it be resolved? Describe a business scenario where you would have to test more than two samples of data. What type of test would you use to test it? What hypotheses are you testing? Last month, the average number of retiring Products in Ratio shope 60 with a standard deviation of 3. A supervisor wants to determine if this months average number of customers is greater than last months average number of customers. The supervisor took a 5 days survey and find out that the average number of customers which returned their purchase in Ratio shop on 5 days is 62. We test the supervisor's claim if the 5 days survey will result the same result of a monthly survey at 0.05 significance level. = 60 ; sample mean, x = 62 ; standard deviation,s = 3 ; significance level = 0.05 null hypothesis, Ho: = 60 alternative hypothesis, Ha: > 62 Using the test statistic z-score test, z = ( X - )/s z = ( 60 - 62 ) / 3 = 0.67 From the z-score table, the critical value P(zs0.67) = 0.7486 p-value, P(z>0.67) = 1- 0.7486 = 0.2514 due to the p-value of 0.2514 > 0.05 significance level, we fail to reject the null hypothesis. In conclusion, there is not evidence to conclude that the supervisor's claim of the 5 days survey will result the same result of a monthly survey
