Discuss an article from Information Week with a rare look inside a failed (or failing) IT project at Austin Energy, the 8th largest public utility in the U.S. It's interesting that Austin Energy publicly aired its problems. Everybody wants to publish a success story, but in reality, many projects have problems, only you rarely hear about them.
