In this activity, think about the case studies and reflect on the evaluation methods used. Select one case study, think about the role of evaluation in the design of the system and note the artifacts that were evaluated: when during the design were they evaluated, which methods were used, and what was learned from the evaluations? Note any issues of particular interest.
