Discuss if a valid contract was concluded in each of the following cases as well as the effect it will have on the contract if a valid contract was indeed concludedm

1. Sophia is in hospital for heart surgery and fears that she will not survive the operation. Her neighbor, Peter visits her every day and agrees to feed her Koi fish back home. In return for feeding fish, he persuade ls her to sell him her Kruger rlRand for far less than it's market value. Sophia has no other choice but to agree to the sale of the Kruger Rand as there is no one else to feed her Koi fish (14 Marks)

2. Prof Radebe parks his car in front of a shopping mall. After having done his shopping he cannot find his car. Under the impression that it has been stolen, he buys a second hand car from Mlungisi. An hour after he has concluded the contract with Mlungisi the police inform him that his car has not been stolen but was parked a few parking spaces from where he thought he had parked it (16 Marks)
