here is the startup proposal for medicine delivery in Pakistan. So the analysis will have to be with competitors in pakistan.

-Startup: MedCare Vision To help the community by developing an online service to deliver prescribed medicine at doorstep. Goals The recent pandemic has forced all of us to change the way we live our day to day lives. A major change we noticed was how technology helped us during this crises. We saw online portals being used more frequently than before, for managing food deliveries, cleaning & sanitation services, online education etc. Influenced by this idea, we decided to explore and evaluate the untapped areas. People were generally reluctant to go out for daily shopping. Visiting pharmacy for buying medicines was becoming more and more challenging due to the limitations imposed by pharmacies, and because of safety from the novel COVID-19. We planned to implement this by providing a service for delivering medicines at the doorstep. This goal is to be achieved by developing an application. We introduce to you, MedCare. MedCares goal is to provide convenient, quick and low cost service to communities by delivering medicines to people, where they need them.

Every businessman/businesswoman must be well aware of their surroundings. In order to move forward with our start-up plan, we decided to carry out a detailed initial research. This research enabled us to determine the market expectations and demand level for a mobile application like MedCare.

Examining the results of the survey, we found out that most of the people who require medicines on daily basis, they buy it in advance for at least a week, exceeding to a month as well. These people chose their cause to be not wanting to visit medical stores again and again, either because of the distance, or because of laziness! These were the people who MedCare will target as their market. A total of 70% people supported the idea of using an application which delivers their medicines at doorstep. This survey was a preliminary one, which will aid us to formulate a marketing strategy. We plan on conducting regular surveys whenever we need customer involvement/suggestion.

Meanwhile, our operations team is working to design the flow of tasks and responsibilities once the application is running. They have contacted a few Web/IT experts and application designers who can deign the mobile app for us. Our HR team has been efficiently communicating these messages to respective developers. We hope that we find an affordable and relevant person to do the job. They are also designing the recruitment schedule for hiring the bike riders who will deliver the medicines. A few areas that we still have to work on include storage facility for medicines, controlled temperature compartment on motorbikes and sales monitoring software.

Using the above information is how we need to get answers to the analysis. Please help and it should be detailed and well defined. This is an app used to help people get medication easily through delivery.
