Discuss one of the grounds of discrimination in the B.C. Human Right Code or the Canada Human Rights Act. Summarize the law relating as it applies to employment law area. Discuss the impact this ground of discrimination. Give your opinion on whether it the law has been properly applied from a legal and business perspective.
