• Discuss the manager's approach to conflict (Active vs. Passive, Constructive vs. Destructive).
• How effective was this manager at the three major types of communication.
• How effective is the manager at interpersonal roles? Informational roles? Decision roles?
• How was the team manager at feedback?
• Overall, was this person the right fit for the role as the team manager/leader? Why or why not? If not, who would have been more suitable to lead/manage the team and why?
